Oh so good!, Chocolate & Coconut-Vanilla chia Pudding

Chia pudding is not only delicious it is incredibly healthy, chia seeds are loaded with omega 3 fatty acids, protein, antioxidants, and high in fiber. the soluble fiber in chia seeds can help with weight loss by keeping you feeling full. Chia seeds helps give your digestive system a boost and improves bowel movement.  healthy digestion is a prerequisite to weight loss. Studies have also shown that chia seeds consumption reduces visceral adipose tissues, also known as belly fat. 

This recipe is not only delicious it is packed with fat burning - muscle building protein, collagen  for healthy hair, skin, and nail support, and good for you fats to will help keep you full and curb your appetite.  With less than 2 Net Carbs per serving it will definitely be a close runner up for your fav early morning breakfast starter or late night desert!

Ingredients

COCO-VANILLA CHIA PUDDING

  • 8oz of your favorite vanilla  protien drink (our fav is FAIRLIFE CORE POWER ELITE 42g protien VANILLA flavor)
  • 6oz coconut milk
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1 scoop coconut Vanilla Coconut Collagen (our fav is PRIMAL KITCHEN VANILLA COCONUT COLLAGEN FUEL)
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp granulated Lakanto Monkfruit sweetner (or to your liking, we like ours sweet)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • tbsp coconut extract

CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING

  • 14 oz of your favorite chocolate protien drink (our fav is FAIRLIFE CORE POWER ELITE 42g protien CHOCOLATE flavor)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp white chia seeds 
  • 1 scoop coconut Vanilla Coconut Collagen (our fav is PRIMAL KITCHEN VANILLA COCONUT COLLAGEN FUEL)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp granulated Lakanto Monkfruit sweetner
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Pour ingredients into Ninja bullet and blend for 15 seconds -OR- pour into a bowl and mix well with hand wisk. Let settle for 2-3 minutes,then wisk again very well until mixed well and you see no clumping. 
  • Give it one last wisk and then pour into a mason jar or container of choice and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours, 

Yummy Tips : When you’re ready to eat, drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup or homemade berry syrup and top with your favorite  Ke-nola Grain-free Granola flavor and enjoy!
