Ingredients
COCO-VANILLA CHIA PUDDING
- 8oz of your favorite vanilla protien drink (our fav is FAIRLIFE CORE POWER ELITE 42g protien VANILLA flavor)
- 6oz coconut milk
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop coconut Vanilla Coconut Collagen (our fav is PRIMAL KITCHEN VANILLA COCONUT COLLAGEN FUEL)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp granulated Lakanto Monkfruit sweetner (or to your liking, we like ours sweet)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp clove
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- tbsp coconut extract
CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING
- 14 oz of your favorite chocolate protien drink (our fav is FAIRLIFE CORE POWER ELITE 42g protien CHOCOLATE flavor)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 tbsp white chia seeds
- 1 scoop coconut Vanilla Coconut Collagen (our fav is PRIMAL KITCHEN VANILLA COCONUT COLLAGEN FUEL)
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tbsp granulated Lakanto Monkfruit sweetner
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Pour ingredients into Ninja bullet and blend for 15 seconds -OR- pour into a bowl and mix well with hand wisk. Let settle for 2-3 minutes,then wisk again very well until mixed well and you see no clumping.

Give it one last wisk and then pour into a mason jar or container of choice and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours,
Yummy Tips : When you’re ready to eat, drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup or homemade berry syrup and top with your favorite Ke-nola Grain-free Granola flavor and enjoy!
